Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing, cancellation, and refund rules for subscription and lifetime access plans.

1. Subscription Plans

The Pips Project is available through monthly, annual, and lifetime subscription models.

  • Monthly Plan: billed on a recurring monthly basis in USD.
  • Annual Plan: billed once per year at a discounted rate.
  • Lifetime Deal: a one-time payment granting perpetual access to the Platform.

2. Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@thepipsproject.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
  • Your data will remain accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after your subscription expires, after which it may be permanently deleted.

3. Lifetime Deal

The Lifetime Deal is a one-time, non-recurring purchase granting perpetual access to the Platform as it exists and as it evolves.

  • Lifetime Deal purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • After the 14-day window, Lifetime Deal purchases are strictly non-refundable.
  • Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the Platform. If The Pips Project permanently ceases operations, lifetime users will be given at least 30 days' notice to export their data.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account, permanently terminate the account if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, and recover any related costs.

5. Data After Cancellation

  • Your account is switched to read-only mode for 90 days.
  • During this period, you may request a full data export by emailing us.
  • After 90 days, your data may be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
  • Re-subscribing within the 90-day window will restore full access to your existing data.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window, email support@thepipsproject.com with the subject line Refund Request and include your account email and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
