Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, billing, and feature access work for The Pips Project subscription plans.

1. Subscription Plans
The Pips Project offers two recurring subscription tiers:
- Pro Monthly: ₹899/month, billed automatically every month via Razorpay.
- Pro Yearly: ₹7,999/year, billed automatically every year via Razorpay.
Both plans are recurring autopay subscriptions. Your saved payment method (card, UPI, or bank mandate) is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account → User Info → Subscription section of the platform.
- When you cancel, your payment method will not be charged again.
- All Pro features remain fully accessible until the end of your current paid billing period.
- After the billing period expires, your account is downgraded to the Free tier automatically.
- You can resubscribe at any time from the Pricing page to regain Pro access.
3. No Refunds
All payments are strictly non-refundable. Since cancellation does not immediately revoke access — you retain full Pro features for the remainder of the period you have already paid for — no partial or prorated refunds are issued under any circumstances.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend your account.
- Permanently terminate your account if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified.
- Recover any related costs or fees incurred.
Please contact us at support@thepipsproject.com before initiating a dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.
5. Data After Cancellation
- After your subscription expires, your account reverts to the Free tier with limited features.
- Your trade data, journal entries, and account history are retained for 90 days after expiry.
- During the 90-day window, you may request a data export by emailing us.
- After 90 days, your data may be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
- Resubscribing within the 90-day window restores full access to your existing data.
