Three ways, and you can mix them freely. Auto-sync pulls closed trades straight from your MT5 account; or snap a chart screenshot or upload a broker statement and AI reads the trades off it; or import a CSV/HTML export. Manual entry is always there when you want it.
Use your investor (read-only) password — it lets us read your trade history but can never place trades, move orders, or touch your funds. The MetaTrader login runs on your own machine, not our servers, and any credentials you save are encrypted at rest. Disconnect anytime.
Some prop firms and brokers prohibit automated tools or software logins. It is your responsibility to confirm it is allowed on your account. If you are unsure, skip auto-sync entirely and use AI statement import or manual entry — neither one logs into your account.
Auto-sync works with any MetaTrader 5 broker — the major prop firms (FTMO, FundingPips, MyFundedFX, The5ers) and hundreds of retail brokers. MT4, cTrader and TradingView are covered through CSV/HTML export or AI statement import. MT4 auto-sync is on the roadmap.
No VPS. On Windows it is a small background app; on Mac or Linux it is a MetaTrader plugin that runs inside your terminal. It only needs to be running when you press Sync — MetaTrader opens for a few seconds during a sync, then closes.
On demand — trigger a sync from your dashboard whenever you want, and the connection also syncs the moment it starts up. Only closed trades are imported; open positions are never touched, and re-syncing never doubles a trade.
